You guys, I’m not joking when I say these sugar free cinnamon roasted almonds are probably the tastiest + healthiest roasted almonds I’ve ever had.
These almonds contain absolutely NO sugar and are coated in coconut oil, cinnamon and salt…that’s it!!!
I do want to share one little piece of advice, be sure to portion these out because they are highly addictive. I recommend serving yourself 20-30g and then put the rest back into the fridge. They taste so good that it would be really east to mindlessly eat the whole batch. That would be over 1000 calories in your tummy! So definitely portion portion portion.
They would even make a great little Christmas gift! Package them into a cute little mason jar, tie a red ribbon around it. Add a little “made with love” tag and you have a great little homemade Christmas gift.
I find they store best in the fridge, it keeps them nice and crunchy.
