This week I had a tiny gain on the scales. I weighed in at 101.6kg; I gained 100g from last week.
So here’s a little re-cap of my week. Monday & Tuesday went smoothly. On Wednesday I went out for Brunch with my best friend to a cute a little French cafe. We shared a chicken & cheese crepe and I had cappuchino.
The crepe was delicious, but wasn’t part of my meal plan and I didn’t have a clue how many calories were in it. Even though I only had half of the crepe, I still felt like I ruined my week by not sticking to my meal plan. I think that’s when my week started to go downhill.
For the rest of the week, I wasn’t very strict with tracking my calories. I still stuck to my meal plan, but I didn’t watch the size of my portions so that might of been where the little gain came from.
I’m glad I know what went wrong this week. I need to work on not beating myself up mentally if I don’t eat 100% of what I’ve planned for myself.
I do want to give myself a little bit of credit. The French cafe had hundreds of petite cakes, macarons (my favourite thing ever) and pastries. I wasn’t tempted by any of them, that’s got to be a good sign.

It’s a new week and I’m starting it with positive vibes. I woke up at 5am this morning and did a little 21 minute workout, had my porridge for breakfast, and I feel like this week is going to be amazing!!
I’ve lost a total of 3.2kgs (7.ibs) in 3 weeks.
