hello loves! It’s time for another what I ate weight loss Wednesday – woohoo!!
Today for breakfast I had some good old fashioned weetbix! I actually haven’t had weetbix for over a year now so it was nice to have something a little different. I added half a banana. strawberries and some unsweetened coconut milk.
On my morning walk I picked up a almond milk cappachino.
Lunch today was supposed to be left-over fish curry from last nights dinner. Turns out Jay and I were pretty hungry last night and we ate it all. So for lunch today I ended up making myself a chicken salad. I also put some red rice and my favourite crispy noodles on top. Along with the salad I had a cuppa soup. I’m obsessed with these soups from La Zuppa. They contain natural ingredients and only have around 60 calories – win win!!
My go to snack lately has been a chopped up apple and peanut butter. If you’ve never had this before, get onto it! It’s delicious and satisfying.
Tonights dinner was lentil chilli con-carne. It’s super easy to make. You can watch me make it on my youtube video below, p.s don’t forget to subscribe to my channel. I served it with some brown & red rice and some tortilla chips.
